For hygiene reasons, **used, worn, altered or damaged sets cannot be returned or exchanged**. ### Eligibility for Return - Items must be unused, in original packaging, with no signs of wear. - Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days after you receive your order. - Custom‑made / personalized nail sets are non‑returnable and non‑refundable. ### Damaged & Defective Items If you receive defective or damaged products, please contact our customer service within 7 days upon delivery. Clear photos of damaged items and package are required for verification. We will offer replacement or partial refund after confirmation. ### Refund Process Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5‑10 business days for funds to show in your original payment account. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the error is caused by our side. ### Final Sale All sale‑priced items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
